I'm Rachel Wright - a senior HR communications consultant based in Berlin, working with large and international organisations on complex people initiatives.
Over the past decade I've worked at the intersection of HR, communications, and the business at Zalando, Flix SE, and the European Commission, among others. I'm trusted by senior HR leaders to own high-visibility initiatives end-to-end: from narrative and strategy through stakeholder management and execution.
