DISCOVER: Kick-Off & Team Interviews

We begin with a core team kick-off, where I explore your company's broader goals, current team health, communication challenges, and desired event impact. From there, I'll interview up to four key team members we define together, gaining insights to form a people-first strategy.

DEFINE: Impact Areas

Following discovery, I'll share insights with your core team, collaborating to pinpoint precise impact areas that your events should target.

DESIGN: Event Theme, Architecture & Formats

Based on our defined impact areas, I'll craft an overarching theme for the event(s) that resonates emotionally and strategically across events. Depending on your project's scope, I'll also recommend:

  • An Event Calendar that connects your internal events across the year
  • An Evergreen Event Agenda that defines how time will be used for a team onsite or offsite
  • Custom event formats—like tailored onsite sessions, engaging asynchronous activities, or thoughtful adjustments to existing events

You'll have opportunities to provide feedback, ensuring everything feels aligned and inspiring.

DELIVER: Ongoing Support

Once you've signed off on the Event Strategy & Design, you'll have free access to Office Hours throughout the delivery period, offering guidance, collaboration, and support whenever needed. Your event's success is my priority!
